EXCHANGE PROCESS

To commence the return process, we request that you contact us within a three-day period subsequent to the receipt of your package. This can be done by forwarding an email to info@midastouch-jewelry.com, accompanied by photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect item(s), which will aid in expediting the procedure.

Following the endorsement from our Quality Control division, we will instruct you to dispatch the item back to our facility. It is essential that the merchandise be contained within its original packaging. We reserve the right to decline returns of jewelry that exhibits signs of wear or damage resulting from improper handling.
